I couldn't watch the last installment. I stopped the dvd and went to play with my dogs.
Yes bootleg copies are around.
I think the guy who plays the new photographer (from the 70s show) is a much better actor.

Yes I thought so too.
I had a totally different image of what Peter Parker was ike when I read the Comics. Never occured to me peter in the comics had to portrait some nerd.
But toby does a good job tho. It ..... over time.
Im also quite glad Peter didnt became some pretty ladies-guy ala
george clooney or ben affleck.
BTW is this toby mcguire the same who played the son of Knightrider (david hasselhof) in some other series?
I think it was baywatch?????

They were only going to cast him for the 2nd one because Tobey Maguire hurt his back, but he recovered in time. I think he's pretty good at being Peter Parker. The guy who plays Harry (I forgot his name) tends to overact at times.

Not to me! For one thing he would have been too tall (Joshua Jackson is 6'2, in the comics Spidey is about 5'11). The problem I have with Tobey is that he is a good Peter Parker but he is not a good Spider-Man. Not saying that it's his fault, but something that never focused on in any of the movies was the fact that Spider-Man is a smart *** and screws with the bad guys head to mess up their concentration.

I think he is perfect, because he has that innocent look that he needs to play the average Peter Parker, and the perfect build for swinging on spidy webs through the city!

I would not say he sucks but they could have picked someone better,like who I don't know, but if he ever decides to call it quits. I think Jake Gyllenhaal would be a good replacement, they both have that same piercing look going on.

Totally... Even I would be a better Peter Parker... Tobey is to feminine... Pete was a nerd (in the comic), but after he got his powers he wasn't anymore. I really dislike Tobey...

He is perfect for the role of peter parker. He is the nerd that Peter Parker and is also a great actor of spiderman. He encompasses the role so well in all facets of Peter Parker and his alias spiderman.

you know this is a tough question for me cause i thought Maguire was totally wrong for this role...but the tough thing is that I can't think of anybody that would play the role and do it justice.
