I don't think so. Imagine that thing ripping in your washer and all the beads spilling out...it can do some damage. I'd suggest to take a bucket of water and detergent and just wash it by hand and leave it out to dry.

Yes, polystyrene bead pillow is washable, but you need to remain few thinks. First of all, don't any bleach on it, because bleach might damage your pillow beads.
After washing, dry your pillow with dryer because it is most useful your pillow

The beads are expandable, so if they got wet they might get ruined. Better to just spot-clean the pillow with a Tide-to-go pen, and then make a washable outer cover for it.
