Palestian refugee camp?

So the Lebenese army is attacking Al Queda in palestian refugee camps in Lebanon. Wait a minute!! I thought only Israel had refugee camps? How did it happen that palestian refugees camps exist in a Arab country? I guess we can blame the Zionists for that too?

Israel has refugees camps?Now this is something new for me...Anyway,why don't you check how exactly those Palestinians got in those refugees camps and maybe you will see the connexion with Zionists...
