I'm not stubborn but tend to get easily irritated by certain things and find that it makes me stressed. So I put some conscious effort into being more easy going, letting things go, being less obsessive ... hopefully it will eventually become second nature without me having to think about it.

most of the time, i am easy going. However, if i bottled it up a bit too long anbd i blow my top, and get in a dangerous mood, i can get really stuuborn, more stubborn than a mule!
