I've done it,just drink a lot of water or your tongue will adhere to the roof of your mouth.Oh and you won't gain weight,I dropped 20 pounds.

Unless you would like to kill some of your brain cells and destroy part of your liver, then fine, go ahead. It is not a great idea, especially if you come to work stoned everyday.
