I have an Aftermarket Exedy twin disc racing clutch, installed 1 year ago. Havent had any problems until about 3 weeks ago. The pedal vibrates in each gear between 2200 and 2500 RPM. Only vibrates when the clutch is engaged. Has a brand new OEM Throughout Bearing installed with clutch last year with clutch. Clutch has about 7000 miles on it.

I am guessing either the Through out bearing went bad or a broken spring on the pressure plate. Not sure though. Dont want to tear into the clutch because i dont have a hoist and it pays 12 hours according to Alldatapro.com.

All help is appreciated

Possibly a damaged clutch disc, or pressure plate. Could also be a warped flywheel. In any case it's going to have to come apart to find it.

You overheated it.

Time for replacement clutch, flywheel and pressure plate, and pilot bushing.

Quit riding the clutch too........
