Ever heard that "Second (2nd) place is the first (1st) loser" ...read it on/off of a t-shirt.

The brand of t-shirt was "No Fear" if you ever heard of it.

What a yuppie remark that is.

I guess it means if you can't agree on something sometimes "it's better to just drop it", as the saying goes.

This is applicable to arguments that have merits on both sides but neither can agree but do not wish to carry on arguing.

Haha. I'm confused. Um, yes. I have agreed to disagree, becasue when you are agreeing you are agreeing on one subject that you disagree on another. Yup. I got it now.
