please help.ok u now how when u turn your computer on and the screen has differentr stuff like microsoft world media center etc... well my computer erased and it has something called gametap were they have diff games and my mom is still paying for but its not there anymore what should i do

I may be wrong, but I **think** she means she cant find Gametap anymore. Is that correct?

Click the START button. Click RUN. Type in MSCONFIG and click OK.
A new window will pop up. Click the tab at the top that says STARTUP. The list of programs that start with Windows will show up.
Look for one that says Gametap or something pretty close to that. Remove the checkmark from it. Click APPLY, and then OK.
Restart the computer. If the regular Windows screen shows up, you fixed it. If not, repeat all of these steps, put the check mark back where you removed it, and try another program that sounds like Gametap until you get the right one.
