Definetely the second one, ending with a period. It is a statement made matter-of-factly.
However, if this sentence were uttered by, say, a promoter of a comedy club, he would, more than likely be saying it in a very enthusiastic way and in that case the first one would be the correct answer.
Hope this helps.
P.S: In the off-chance that this sentence is used by a cynic who is questioning the claim of the comedy clubs about the alleged health benefits they give, then the answer would be the third one.

The sentence that is punctuated correctly is sentence number two.
The second sentence is a fact. It is not a question or something to be happy about (unless you are a member of a laughter club).

The second one. You need a period at the end of the sentence, not a question mark or exclamation point.

# 3 is simply wrong, as it's not a question. # 1 is grammatically correct, but this is much more a statement than an exclamation. Therefore # 2 is the best choice.

What do you think? Does that sentence sound like an exclamation, a statement, or a question?

Where did you get that question from, like from an English textbook for first-graders?

It's a declarative sentence (not exclamatory or interrogative), so use the period.

they are the two incorrect. you are able to have been thirty and you are able to have been in London, yet to declare you would be in terms of the previous is misguided, no remember what proportion comma's you have. ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,...
