First of all you need to take the computer off the internet.

Second you need to install some particular firewall settings to block him from gaining access.

Third with the computer being off the net, run an antivirus/spyware scan to look for trojans, rootkits and whatever else that has been planted.

Change your IP and ensure your windows firewall is up and running and shut off file sharing and remote assistance. If you install Trend Micro, you can see if his IP address is attempting to connect. It is very inexpensive.

As far as pressing charges, I would do some screen captures and print the information showing his accessing your computer. You need that information as documentation..

Good luck

Turn this person into your local authorities, NOW. If this were me I would start with your local DA.

IF YOU KNOW WHO HE IS, REPORT HIM TO THE POLICE!
