Yes there are more bottoms than tops. I think the reason why is that people are lazy. It takes more effort to be the Top, in my opinion, and people would rather not have to. I wish more people were versatile, because this division seems to make guys think they are not "compatable" with other guys because both are tops or both are bottoms, but I guess it's just me. Some will make the decision because they like the way one feels more than the other, or that they don't derive pleasure from one or the other. But when it comes down to falling in love with someone and then choosing not to be with them because they're supposedly not sexually compatable, why do that? Why not just take turns and make love the primary emotion and not the physicality of it?

That's a notion I've run into but not something I've observed myself, I think versatility may be seen more as a characteristic of bottoms which probably skews men's perception a bit.
