1) A powerful French monarchy would have lasted until at least 1880, eventually morphing into a constitutional monarchy.
2) Without a French Revolution, there would be no Napoleon, no Hegel, no Marx.
3) Hitler wouldn't have had a proto-type for an extreme nationalistic movement.
4) On the other hand, the French Revolution probably stabilized England as the Crown and the Army became symbols of national unity. Perhaps, the poor of London would have stormed Newgate Prison (instead of the Bastille) because of the wide gap between the rich and poor in 19th-century English society.

Have a look at England. They had a sort of a revolution, when Oliver Cromwell and his army beheaded Charles the First. Only a while after he died was the monarchy restored in England. And as we know, these days the monarchs rule in name only.

God knows... I don't think things would be as good though! They didn't just try to get rid of the monarchy did they. They tried to get rid of Christianity too. This also had a big effect on things. Glad it happened.

It would have probably taken longer for Democracy to rise in Europe, but it would have happened. The monarchies in Europe would have lasted longer in those countries that do not have them today.
