I like the spelling Katie-Lynn, that way there is no confusion as to how it's pronounced, and with the hyphen, people will know that it's a 2-name first name.

I think her middle name should be named after a family member. I like the spelling Katie-Lynn without the e in the end,Without the hyphen, it looks weird.

Depends on the last name and how it will all flow when said together. Here are some suggestions though: Katielynn Ann or Katielynn Marie.

I tend to lean toward a middle name that would be short, being how the first name is long. Hope this helps. :)
