If you are currently residing in Dubai, I would suggest you to contact the HSBC branch manager personally where you are maintain the account to report your pathetic incident.

As you mentioned it will not be “reached” to the concerned if you are trying to send the message or reporting the customer service.

All the best.

i used to work for HSBC, don't try to contact dubai hsbc, contact the head office of HSBC international in london to get results,

no one will care about you in dubai it must come from HSBC london,

a customer came to request an ATM card in dubai, they treated him badly, so he called london, and HSBC in london called dubai, they all started runinng around trying to solve the problem, the branch manger went to the clients home to give him his ATM card at 1am that night with a big sorry,

i recomend that you change your bank, pick an international bank, don't ever do your banking with a local bank

HSBC in the middle east is loosing ground

top Executives are leaving HSBC middle east and its Subsidiary SABB (saudi british bank), always when you see that top Executives are leaving, it is a strong sign of Trouble (hence enron)
