bought office 2007 and downloaded it. Incidentally removed it from my computer but i did not keep the product key.Is there way i can find out my product key?

CAll to Microsoft-Office to mentioned toll free num. Ask for product key by telling ur purchase num. it's possible to get the product key.

Try running Belarc Advisor it might show you the product key. But Office must installed.

You must have the COA key on the box, if purchased via internet, even easier, its in your email, if not, Microsoft will have a record when you contact them via your email address

You could try running ProduKey (http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/product_cd_key_viewer.html ), maybe the "incidental removal" didn't delete it.
