I remember seeing this movie on TV as a child, and no one could answer this question in my, at least, 25 years of asking! All I really remember of the movie is that it takes place in a suburban setting and a little blonde girl (13-14 y.o.) is running away and hiding from vampires and werewolves who in turn are fighting each other for her! This movie scared the gibblets out of me as a child and I attribute this experience to my love of horror movies now. Please help me figure this out, so I can tell what actually started my passion of horror movies!

This movie definately had two major groups of baddies battling each other with this girl running through houses, out windows, into trees... it wasn't an exotic location, just suburban california 1970's
