All of the ones that you list, as long as they are black.
I understand the major objective in the lives of most blacks is to get a "suitcase." That being one legal suit that will allow them to retire with money for the rest of their life.

Do you mean "personal" injury lawsuits? "Personnel" is more typically associated with a charity, employer or other group.
I worked w/someone once who told me; "I earn my money the old fashioned way; I sue for it." (He was trying to get me to divulge private information for him to pursue a similar lawsuit against our employer at the time. Although he promised me a good "cut," I declined.)
To pick from your incomplete list, however, I'd say the last option (which clearly shows your prejudice.)

People who have enough knowledge to be aware of the availability while not having enough money to have insurance on everything who find that the people involved in damaging them are ignoring them - probably because they have attitudes like yours.

The last one.
It wouldn't matter your socioeconomic level. There are many honest, but poor people.
Why are you stereotyping them?

I would say college graduates because they are more likely to be a lawyer or have a lawyer.
