my sprint phone model scp-3100 keeps freezing on me . i cant push any buttons . i took the battery out and left it out , put it back in , turned it on and its still frozen i called the sprint people and they said that i dont have insurance on this phone what can i do about it

the phone is covered by the manufactures warranty for 1 year from the date of purchase if its been over a year not much you can do. I would call sprint back and ask about the manuf. warranty.

What you can do depends on how long you have had that particular phone. Most cell phone plans have a 30 to 60 day return period, during which you can change your mind. There may be a warranty on the phone itself from the manufacturer. Otherwise, you will have to buy a new phone.
