Well Pak Pak, nothing is illegal in the Philippines. It is a land without laws or morals. Sure, they have lots of things written down about law, but in reality the only law is the law of the Peso. You have pesos, then it is OK to have a gun. You got pesos, it is OK to shoot people with your gun !
