They are a resemblance of US conservatives = chickenhawks who called my cousin in Iraq a conservative!!!! (He is more liberal than I will ever be) He is also a commander (About as high as it can get)!!!!

Bush and Chaney are a combined none of he first four. I have no doubt that they are very Christian, but Bush has trouble speaking proper English, and while he did go to a prestigious university, he only got in because daddy had the money. Chaney was supposedly a draft dodger himself, and Bush served in a unit that would never see combat, as it was for the RST, Rich Sons of Texans.
As for all concservatives, no individual will meet all of those definitions. Many will say they do, but in reality, no individual meets all of them. Every person has a flaw and there are more conservatives then just Bush and Chaney. Any person who affiliates themselves with the Republican Party, even if they aren't in the government is usually conservative.

As a Christian, I am offended when Bush & Cheney claim to be Christians, when they say and do the opposite of what Jesus said to do.

Your question only made the slightest sense. I can tell you, though, that I am very conservative but I'm not religious. I'm also a vegetarian, but not on the super-environmental -ban-all-gas- cars- stop-building-houses bandwagon either. I believe abortion's murder but am still pro-choice. Not everyone fits the stereotypes.
