Two different issues. France has built up a multi generational welfare state that makes the welfare collecting bums in the U.S. look like chump change. Any suggestion that the status quo is about to change brings out the rioters. Venezuela is newly socialist, and the freedom loving people of Venezuela are rioting their last gasps before Jimmah Carter's pal Hugo starts gunning them down or banishing them to prison and torture.

France has had only one riot that you've ever heard about, and suddenly "why do they have so many riots?"
3rd world countries are always filled with unrest. When people are poor, they tend to fight and defy their government. Like Venezuela.
Your implication that the US could be like Venezuela or France is pretty silly seeing that you obviously know virtually nothing about either country.
Although Bush and Chavez are a lot alike, but operate using different tactics to ensure the same conclusion.
Do me a favor. Go look up rioting in France and Venezuela. Once you actually know something about the subject, come back and post again.
