you go to bed, or when you wake up or during the day...such as...change the bed sheets...go to the toilet...brush your teeth...have a drink...open the curtains...get a shower.
Something that if you don't do you will have a concience for the rest of the day or night???

I always check that my kids have their blankets covering them even though i know that they just kick them off again,i can only sleep if i know i've checked,also locking front and back doors checking all plug sockets are switched off and lastly making sure there is water in the kettle for my coffee in the morning!LOL
