Right now? Not much details. Are you having your period right now? Then there is nothing you can do to stop it. The only thing you can do (and you have to plan this in advance and be on birth control pills) is change your pill schedule to postpone your period. You have to be on the pill for about 4-6 months before you can do that. I did it when I got married because I was scheduled to have my period during my honeymoon. I changed my schedule and delayed it for 10 days. Perfect timing.
But if you are trying to stop a current period, it can't be done.

Like you're on your period now and want to stop it? You can't.
If you're talking about not having periods anymore by using birth control methods, those take a couple months to take effect.
