Before and during my period I am totally nauseus and light headed and have headaches. Also I get diarrhea during it. Whats up with that? My cramps are hella Bad too. I have a copper IUD, but before I got it I had really badass cramps anyways. What should I do. Is this normal?

This is totally normal! I have friends who also experience severe pain before their period..I just get extremely moody and I do have slight cramps as well.But I usually get over it..guess I'm lucky. I've never heard of having diarrhea during you period as a part of it,but Im sure thats normal as well.It could also be your diet.
Honestly, you cant do anything about it because you will continue to have your period for a long time just like all girls do .You will have to deal with it. But you could take some pain relievers,like maybe an aspirin or a tylenol.Those always help me. ;)

cramps r normal, look up symptoms of IUD, but ur period is totally normal. for the headache take some
1. i b profin
2.tylonal
for the diarrhea
1.imodiam AD
for the cramps
1. ib profin
2. tylonal.
its totally normal for these to happen

Research the side affects of your contraceptive a bit more. I know some who have the IUD and have the same issues as you.
