I buy RAM from 18004memory.com regularly. They are good. They guarantee that it will work. You might buy a 1GB module, and SELL your old memory back to 18004memory.com when your new RAM is installed and WORKS.
Good luck and Happy Computing!

You have many options. ur Motherbrd supports upto 2 GB of RAM (1+1). It is advisable to use a single RAM of the larfest size inspite of 2 e.g. using a single 512 MB RAM is faster to use than 2x256MB RAMs.
U can use DDR1 RAM. Ask for PC366 RAM of a suitable capacity. If financially constrained, add another 256 MB RAM of same speed n specifications or else, replace it with a single chip. DO NOT USE RAMs OF DIFFERENT SIZES eg. 256MB+512MB. It wud crash ur system.
Choose the option which best suits ur requirement. For you, I think upto 1 GB RAM wud give the maximum performance u require.
Take care.

woaahhh buddy, save your money and get a computer from best buy for 600 bucks. Anyway I'm no expert but I'm pretty sure it'd be no problem if it's DDR2 type ram also.

go to this website posted at the source and use the crucial scanner, the crucial scanner tells the compatibility of your memory and the ones your motherboard can handle so dont go out of that limit or it wont work at all.
