"Homeland Security" the administrations idea of a joke?

Question

with all the administrations hype about security at the borders don't you think someone should have stopped the guy who had "TB"
also,couldn't a terrorist just run across the Mex/US border if he really wanted to get into this country.
evidently Mexico has little or no border security so it seems they could get into that country easily and just cross the border.
would the cons blame Clinton for that too?
and would they "finally"get their poor little rich kids to uniform up and go to war for their country or would they pay for them to skip active service like someone we all know?

Creating a Department Homeland Security was a democrat idea. How quick you forget. It is just another huge bureaucracy. Democrats love huge bureaucracies.

you forget that we share a boarder with Canada.
