What is the best way to recover from a workout?
For example if I wanted to workout today and have enough energy and strength to compete in sports tommorow .
What nutrition/excercises is good before and after workout etc.
How rigourous a workout?should i keep it light?

work out in the morning and ice your pains in the afternoon and rest. not to easy, but not to hard of a workout either.
