Yes I have! Returning to a room that you had a thought in can many times help you remember what you were going into that room for. I have done it many times with great success!

YES!!! And my memory is so bad, I'll sit in the living room scratching my head for a long time trying to remember. Then, I'll just watch television...
and smell something burning...
