just go in any pharmacy your interested in and talk to the pharmacy manager.. introduce yourself and ask them if they are in need of an intern.. most likely theyll just give you their corporate number and have you talk to the district manager or whoever is in charge..but sometimes if the manager had a good impression about you, he can call himself and recommend you.. good luck!

yeah i'm a pre-pharmacy major too. you can work as a PSA/tech at a pharmacy like CVS, which is where i worked at for a year. CVS takes teens and pre-pharms, unlike places like riteaid which require you to take a course and get a license etc.

I quit CVS after a year because it was really stressful. Customers are impatient and you're the one who always takes the blame for everything. Plus my CVS was 24 hours and had a drive through.

But it is good experience, you get to see what retail pharmacy is like, it taught me that i would never want to work as a pharmacist at CVS.

I think there might be pharmacy internships and stuff (maybe), if you search online, try some place like fda.org.

Legally, you cannot be a pharmacy intern until you are a pharmacy student. You can work as a pharmacy tech. By definition, most states define pharmacy intern as a current pharmacy student.

unless you are a certified technician already, I doubt very much that you will get any interest from any pharmacy. Once you are in pharmacy school and a licensed intern.........pharmacies will come looking for you.
