"Chaque fois que tu t'en va, je pretend que tu va bien"
Every time that you leave I pretend that you are fine.
"Chaque fois que tu t'en va, je pretend que tout va bien"
Every time that you leave I pretend that everything is O.K.
The two phrases sound the same when spoken or sung. Unless they are written down you will have to decide which fits the situation.

You've written it phonetically (by the way it sounds to you). It should read: "A chaque fois que tu t'en vas, je pretends que tu fais bien." This means: Every time you go away, I pretend that you're doing the right thing."
