We are only as young or old as to how we believe how young or old we feel we are.
I once with 2 people who had the EXACT same date of birth. One guy looked as healthy as can be, lived rather stress-free, and solved problems without panicking. The other looked twice his age, was a heavy smoker, freaked out easily, and just had a sad outlook on life and whatever took place.
Needless to say, as I have said before, be thankful for each new day--it gives you an opportunity to do something great. View your birthday as your own New Year's Day---a time to look back and reflect, as well as look forward and plan. Life is what we make it.
Although I am approaching a "few" decades of existence, I still feel as I am in my 20s. And I also (still) look it!!!
Hope this helps.

Well, I'm 22, so to some I am considered young, but some may consider me old too. It's up to each person to decide.
