Who cuts the lawn, and riding or push mower?

Question

I cut a small area with a self-propelled Poulan w/bag attached. The area around all the flower beds. I have a professional service with a brushhog/riding mower do the rest.

6 is way too young to be cutting grass. My son is 12 and just started cutting the grass last month. 12 is a good age for a push mower, 14 for the ride on

We've got over an acre to mow here in the country, plus ditches, and there is plenty of stuff to trim around ... trees, buildings, bushes. I mow most of it using a riding mower, and while I'm doing that, my wife usually trims around everything using a small, light power push mower. Her job is the hardest, but she claims to like the exercise. We also have a place in town with a good-sized lawn that I hire someone else to mow & take care of. I think we'll sell that place this year, though.

My wife is gone, scrap-booking with her girlfriends today - I better go get busy mowing NOW! Bye!

I Mow My Yard With A Mulching Push Mower & Do My Own Weeding Etc.~

I cut my own with a push mower. It only takes about 20 minutes.

My hubby and I take turns, we use a push mower. I can't wait until the kids are old enough to help too. It nice to look over your work and know you did something nice.

I cut almost an acre with a regular push mower. It doesn't take long and it's good exercise.

I use a restored 1965 Allis Chalmers B-10 rider, and a gas weedeater for trimming.

hubby cuts it and rides the mower...he puts weed killer around the trees...looks really nice too

My husband cuts it. He uses a riding mower.

It's a lot of grass. I do the flowers and stuff . . .
