good question since society totally became dependent on computers and the Internet.
its two-edged sword.: 1 we love computers because it help us to do work more efficient communicators.
2. we hate them when something goes wrong mainly due to human ERRORS. Bad because we communicate less face to face. preffering talk online.

Well most are just machines and really don't have any concept of being good or bad.. it takes the person running it to make a decision to either use it for good or bad.

it depends on who uses it. if someone uses the computer for just internet then its good, if someone uses a computer to hack and stuff like that then its bad.
