considering an adhesive such as ARALDITE. when u buy araldite it contains 2 tubes one is the epoxy resin the other is the curing agent. the curing agent is usually a di-amine which allows the araldite to set (a sort of hardener which form crosslinks with resin chains) nylon 6,6 is made using a di-amine and a di-acid. if u added araldite to this chemicals the di-amine will be used to form crosslinks, araldite sets some nylon66 also formed but at the end u'll have a mess. something that definitely does not look like nylon
