Try to get over the shock first, then use the year to make the best plan I can so I wont waste a penny on nonsense...

Stay smart. Learn how to make wise investments. Keep working and planning for your future as if the money isn't going to come (anything could happen!), until the time that it does. Then hire a financial consultant from a reputable firm to help you build a portfolio.
So many of the people who win the lottery are broke in a short time because they didn't know how to handle the money wisely.

I would first invest most of the money, and then help people in need. Oh, and I would spell millionaire the right way.
