Give them a little more time to get used to the new tank. As I recall you just put them in a new tank in the last few days. They will adjust fine in a few more days.

Yes they are a schooling fish, You should have 6 or more, I suggest you buy 3 more, If your tank will hold more than 6 get as much as possible well dont overstock it,

as far as i know, tetras is always kept in school of 6 or more.. so, i think u should buy more! u should also put in some live aquatic plants.. that would be so totally interesting!

Buying more should help but these are very nervous fish that will scatter at the first sign of trouble.

Three is too less. Groups of six to eight fish is required at least. This species is less skittish in larger groups.

They also need darkly arranged tank, open space for swimming. Peaceful tankmates. pH: 7, H: very soft.
