I would say neutral colors, and very conservatively styled. No cleavage, not too much skin. Pastels may be alright too, because they can depict innocence. No bright colors. But especially remember not much skin. Dress very conservatively and maturely.

Dress conservatively, MOST IMPORTANT is be still and keep your mouth shut.
Don't try and justify anything, Hopefully your public defender is worth his/her juice.
WAS your DUI on scale?ie. .08 or over? if it was on you have a good chance of betting the rap ! if not your going to be out approx. 4-5 grand ! yes
The system, if you get a lawyer; that's what he'll charge. So the most important is blood alcohol. if your over do the time and pay the fine.

Blue - it fits my denims. relatively - i admire toddler blue - yet do no longer placed on it very in many circumstances - justchronic a motor vehicle in that coloration. jointly with your hair coloration try some white - i realize it get grimy rapid - yet fairly regarded. So too is that terracotta coloration and extremely faded colours. i'm a sprint coloration blind - so hopeless with those. i'm pleased with site visitors mild, known and secondary hues no concerns - diffused - no longer a hazard. My pal - who's a fashion variety pronounced faded hues and classy nicely installation clothing for the summer season of 2006. it relatively is for women - no thought what we adult males are meant to placed on - blue denims and my toddler blue t-shirt?

For ANY court appearance, she should dress as she would for a job interview. If she looks casual, the judge will tend to think she does not take the court seriously. That will not help her.

conservative, dark colors, no reds (avoid red at all cost), nothing low cut and skirt at or below the knee if she wears a skirt. Go light on the makeup and no perfume. If she gets a female judge, she will want to win her respect, if she gets a male judge who is conservative, she will win his respect.
God bless you and her. Praying she doesn't drink and drive again. That endangers not only her life but the lives of babies and children.

She should dress professionally...trying to dress sexy is not going to influence the judges decision.
Some states have mandatory fines and other punishments in place. But the jail time or probation is discretionary..best to look serious about the case rather than a tramp.

This is a no brainer. She should dress in a very modest manner. Nothing flashy or sexy ! Any tattoos should be covered. Remove any metal from her head except for earrings. And when she talks to the judge she should answer him /her "yes your honor, no your honor"...When you're in court you need to play by their rules. It makes them happy, and can save your ***.

All kidding (or scolding) aside, she had better put on the appearance that she's ready to reform her behavior. Business to business casual, I would suggest. Gray, navy blue, or something else neutral. Definitely nothing bright, and minimal bling, too.

I wouldn't wear that Corona t-shirt! Something conservative. Dark or neutral colors without looking Goth.
