You can but... the only way to swim when you have your period is to wear a...Tampon.. I don't like the idea of wearing one, but if it's needed you should.

Yes. You would wear tampons.
You can't go in a pool without anything. The blood will definitely show. The lifeguard will throw you out for being unsanitary. Someone in my class went through this years ago - I know for sure.
Wear a tampon to be sanitary and save yourself from embarrassment.

Yes, you can use a tampon if you are comfortable with them. However, any blood would be diluted and disappear in the water so there is no need, just be careful to change quickly when you get out of the water.

yes as long as when u come out u have to wrap ur towel around u or u will start beeleding ( u don't bleeed in the water)
