This is Great Britain, we (generally) have good etiquette compared to others across the pond. I would kick him in the balls but I am a man so I can't unfortunately.

I never heard of that, and I really don't think I could do that if such a person approached me - I just don't have it in me to hurt someone for no other reason than self-defence.
