i want to send a green spotted puffer to my aunt in mexico will they say aniything what can i do?

you need to find out about Mexican laws regarding the import of fish into mexico, particularly the fish you want to send - for many species you will need a special licence.

If it is illegal and you are caught, you can get fined and/or go to jail.
