Yeah, it can scan it for you, for free, but it will not remove anything.

This is the best Antivirus program I've ever come across and it's totally free.It uses f**k all system resources and runs in the back ground.After you download it run a full system scan which may take anywhere between 20 min to 2 hours depending on ur computer.
