I've never dealt with a union, so my information is second hand. When my father was in a union, the Union Rep had an office at the plant and he just had to walk in when needed. If you have trouble contacting the Union Rep, what good is the union?

BTW, if you state what union you are in, someone my be able to help you contact a union rep.

do to the overwhelming job that the person has as a rep,he may not be able to get to you when you want to talk to him.many reps have a large load and they get the ones that are more crucial than your problem
