There are a few at home remidies you can use to help him, but you really should get a hold of a good reptile vet!! They'll be able to clean it and give you meds to help keep it from getting infected....

Hope this helps...GOOD LUCK!!!

You're going to need a friend or two to help you. Have someone hold the snake while you clean the wound with warm water & peroxide. After the wound is relatively clean and if there are no intestines protruding, you can use instant glue to close the wound. Place small drops at regular intervals along the wound & hold closed for a few seconds to let the glue dry & close the wound. This is no joke, many medical facilities and the military use this technique to close small wounds. If there are intestines protruding, you must gently place them back in the cavity, making sure to not pinch any section of gut as this would cause the section to die from lack of blood circulation. After the wound has been closed, you can place some neosporin or bacitracin ointment on the wound to keep it moist & prevent infection. This will have to re-newed several times a day as the snake will rub it off by crawling. Also, place the snake in a container with towels or newspaper for substrate to keep the wound as clean as possible.

DO NOT put alcohol, put some peroxide or some iodone mixed with water 50/50 mixture. You only need only a little. Then go a head after you completely dry it then put some antibiotic ointment on it...
