2x - 5y = 0 and so 5y = 2x or y = (2/5)x + 0

So m = 2/5 and c = 0

Slope is 2/5 and intercept is 0.

By rearranging the equation you get y = (2/5)x. y = slope*x+y-int, so the slope is 2/5 and the y-intercept is 0
