If one ever did hug a teacher, it is possible that the teacher has really been a deserving good teacher. Obviously. Students usually don't get close to the teacher, unless they are not thinking right like making they like the teacher. However, if a student do hug the teacher out of gratefulness, that is and will always be one of the most touching scene you can find. I wish I had the chance to meet such good teacher worthy for me to wish to hug. It will feel so warm and happy.

I never did and never will but that doesnt mean thats its not ok, Usually the only time I ever seen anyone hug a teacher in on the last day of school and only if its a cool teacher (then again I havent seen this in a while)- maybe only if the teacher significantly made a difference or made you a better person should this be accectable.
Otherwise Good alternatives are: Having them sign your year book, saying good bye, or as I see often some students come back to see their old teacher and just say hows it going...

It all depends on the situation. Just a random hug might be considered inappropriate. I hugged a teacher once but it was at graduation and I was never going to see them again. so it didn't matter

depends on the teacher and things
to randomly hug one is a bit weird
but say u passed a test or something and are happy then it should be ok
never really thought about a si never thought 'ill go hug that teacher'

Yes.. what if they are leaving the school, and never coming back, or if they truly made an impact on you and helped you out in times of need..
Some teachers just truly deserve a good hug!

Yeah... on the last day of school because you're expressing how much you'll miss that teacher... even though the last time I did that on the last day of school before this year was in 4th grade.

depends if its the opposite sex NO but if it is a girl teacher and a girl student and they are close like they had a good relationship in class than i say yes because i have hugged at least one of my teachers
