Plastic garden owls will keep most away and I always lay rubber snakes on the floor of my porch each year to keep them from building nests in my ferns. Good Luck!

How To Repel Birds

Plastic owls, pans, snakes and the like all work for a time, longer if you keep moving them around. Eventually the birds will get used to them. From being in the business of selling bird deterrents in a garden shop for many years, I can tell you what works best is the Osprey or Eagle Jackite. It's a windsock that flies like a real bird of prey and scares birds away. The flying action keeps fooling them. Plus, they look way cool!

Hang 2 or 3 disposable aluminum pie pans on strings above it. The birds will be afraid of the movement from the breeze and the sun's reflection. This will keep them away! (it keeps them out of my garden)

I hope this works for you!
