My greatest gift was being born into a wonderful family, normal and not dysfunctional, with two loving parents. This might not mean a lot to you, but it means a lot to me.

It was when my older brother came home from college. I havent seen in all 5 years and one day he just popped up on my birthday. I was surpised how different he look. He didnt get me a gift but i didnt care.

A healthy baby boy 7 years ago. No doubt.
Second best, but not even a close second was on my 25th birthday, my parents filled my car up with balloons... 25 of the balloons had a little something written on them... either something they were proud of me for doing, or something they were thankful for about my life... it was awesome.

My son was born on my birthday, we brought him home on fathers day,

It was when my boyfriend (who lives 500miles away) came up to surprise me! Don't think he'll ever top that as a birthday pressie! Haha
