I'm trying to find a pattern for a plus size crochet swimsuit. ONE PIECE, or a two piece that can be converted fairly easily..Has anyone seen anything like this? Or have a suggestion as to where i may find one? I would prefer it be a free pattern, but i am willing to pay for it. Thanks!

I have several patterns, including swimsuits. I have a two piece triangle type pattern that could be easily turned into a nice tankini if that's what you wanted to try. Also, you could find a pattern for bottoms and then a pattern for a tank top or halter top and I think it would make a nice suit. Make sure if you use a light color though that you get a liner because the last thing you want to do is get wet and show all your parts!! Also keep the material you plan to use in mind if you're going to be swimming. Some yarns tend to stretch when they get wet or then turn around and shink when drying in the sun.

As far as it not working out because you're plus sized, I say go for whatever makes you happy and you feel comfortable with.

Contact me on messenger and we can go through my patterns together if you want to.

You can also find many free patterns here... http://www.crochetpatterncentral.com/directory.php

Crochet swimsuits have been very plenty a element interior the 80s, are they coming back? the various holes supply an extremely good peekaboo result that makes adult adult males seem. It additionally can soften the consequence of your tan line, in case you shift the in positive condition around a splash to go the gaps in the process the day. in case you have the parent for it, i think of they're very heat. in case you haven't any longer have been given the parent for it, pass bare. no longer joking. detect a nudist motel and bypass the in positive condition. Swimsuits are there to flatter your build, yet whilst your build in simple terms isn't flattered, then bypass the in positive condition fullyyt. there will be somebody on the motel equipped worse than you.

It might take some time to scan my files since I'm packing to move, but I'm pretty sure I have some 2 piece suit patterns, but they are written for knitting. They would provide the schematic to be able to figure out the rest if you're fairly comfortable with designing your own patterns.

Just let me know all I'll take a look this weekend.

The last place I saw a pattern like that was Annie's Crochet. It's probably pay, but you said that's OK.

(I was never brave enough to try it!)
