it doesn't its made of paper which grows on trees but if money grew on trees u'd look @ a tree and there would me dollar bills (exc.) hanging from a tree and not all money comes from paper do u see change hanging from a tree think again

If you put it that way, then it's MADE from trees. It doesn't just "grow on tree" naturally.

Not really. It's made out of paper and linen. That's why money doesn't get all ruined when you leave it in your pocket and it gets washed. So it really doesn't grow on trees.
