Apparantly you have a very wrong understanding of the word socialist. Hillary is not a socialist, as a matter of fact, no party in the US has a socialist agenda. The democratic party is more left leening than the republican party but it is far from socialist. Spend a few years in Scandenavia where taxes are as high as 60% and they have a large wellfare state and then you will see what socialism is like.

How about the 4th and 5th Amendments to the Constitution? How about the right to peaceably assemble under the 1st Amendment? I am sure you realize that the "time, place and manner" restrictions the government places on demonstrations can have a significant effect on speech, don't you? If so, you should also realize that the current administration has abused their power in that regard.
